MATERIALS:

Sterling silver and real Turquoise.

MEASUREMENTS:

The necklace is about 20-1/2 inches long. 

The central pendant is approximately 2 1/8 inches tall and 1 1/8 inches wide.

The earrings measure about 1 1/4 inches in height and 1 inch across.

Total stones in the set: 19 (center), 18 (sides), 16 (earrings), which gives us a total of 53 red coral stones.


DESCRIPTION:

This elegant sterling silver necklace and earring set features intricately hand-crafted cluster designs, each accented with vibrant red coral stones. The natural red coral adds a bold yet earthy tone, prized for its deep red hue and traditional use in Zuni jewelry. The necklace is made and stamped by Zuni Artist T. Batie adorned with fan-shaped segments that gracefully taper to a central floral cluster with silver dangles, while the matching earrings echo the same graceful form. Lightweight yet detailed, the set combines classic Navajo-inspired symmetry with natural gemstone warmth. 

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin; it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.

Bracelet Measurements

SilverTribe uses the inner circumference and the opening of a cuff bracelet to get the final measurement. If the bracelet has an opening, you'll just add that length to the inner circumference (displayed in the bracelet image chart) to find the perfect fit for you.

It's important to remember that some bracelets, like cuff bracelets, are not adjustable. Trying to bend these bracelets so they fit could result in damaging the bracelet or losing stones.

Instead, you can use these charts to help you use our system and find the jewelry measurements that will be a perfect fit. For example, if the inner bracelet circumference measures approximately 5-1/4", you would add that to the 1-1/8" opening.

The simple additions (5-1/4 + 1-1/8) give you a 6-3/8 wrist size.

As a helpful hint, you can take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist, then measure the length of the string with a ruler or a fabric ruler to find your measurement. Many jewelers say a quarter inch above or below will most likely still fit, it all just depends in your preference for tight or loose fitting jewelry.


Link Bracelet Measurements

We measure the length of the link bracelets a bit differently depending on what type of clasp it has. In the item listing, it will describe the number of links in the bracelet and how long each link is.
  • For Lobster clasp bracelets, we measure the length of the bracelet and subtract 1/8" from the full length.
  • Toggle bar and clasp bracelets, we measure the length of the bracelet and subtract 1/8" from the full length.
  • For Box clasp bracelets, we measure from the start of one box clasp to the right before the second clasp starts.

Necklace Jewelry Measurements

It can be difficult shopping for necklaces when you don't understand how the different sizes will look on you. We think it's easier to visualize how various necklace lengths will rest on your neck and chest. Keep in mind that these sizes are the average sizes, and can vary depending on your body type.
  • 16 inches: Choker length
  • 17-19 inches: At the collarbone
  • 20 inches: A few inches below the collarbone
  • 22 inches: At or above the neckline
  • 24 inches: Below the neckline

Ring Jewelry Measurements

We also offer most ring styles in various sizes. However, it's important to note that our store does not resize rings. If you choose to alter the rings from an outside jeweler, the item in question will not be returnable for cash, exchange, or credit either. Usually the sizing of rings are done before the stones are set, as they must quickly be heated and reshaped (which would damage any gemstones already set in the piece).
