The inlay is skillfully placed, while forming an amazing Chief Headdress design. Thin silver lines and twisted silver can be seen highlighting the pendant for a lovely finish. The pendant is made in the USA and stamped sterling.

Poor Customer Service Attitude

“ My package was missing an item and it took multiple calls to resolve the issue. I didn't appreciate the accusations that it was stolen out of the package. It took me finding out that the weight on the package equaled exactly what was put in the package and proving that to the customer service rep before she would mail out the product. Better controls need to be in place when shipping product and better service needs to occur when resolving issues. The burden of proof shouldn't be on the customers. ”
