DESCRIPTION:

Excellent craftsmanship is shown throughout this dazzling ring! The ring is hand made out of genuine sterling silver and real Oyster Shells. A total of SIXTY NINE shells are carefully placed in silver bezel settings, while mini silver beads and twisted silver can be seen accenting the ring for a perfect finish. The ring is stamped sterling and hallmarked.

Poor Customer Service Attitude

“ My package was missing an item and it took multiple calls to resolve the issue. I didn't appreciate the accusations that it was stolen out of the package. It took me finding out that the weight on the package equaled exactly what was put in the package and proving that to the customer service rep before she would mail out the product. Better controls need to be in place when shipping product and better service needs to occur when resolving issues. The burden of proof shouldn't be on the customers. ”
