DESCRIPTION:

This lovely ring will definitely attract plenty of attention! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Etta Belin, out of genuine sterling silver and man made Opals. The ring has a total of TWO stones that are gently set in hand cut bezel settings, while being accented with hand crafted silver work and feathers designs for a beautiful finish. The ring is stamped sterling.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
