DESCRIPTION:

This gorgeous pair of earrings is absolutely distinctive in each and every way! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Jamison Kee, out of genuine sterling silver and man made Opals. The earrings have a total of TWO stones (ONE in each earring) that are delicately placed in hand cut bezel settings, while twisted silver and mini silver beads can be seen highlighting for a dazzling finish. Earrings are stamped .925 (sterling) and hallmarked.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.

“ Be aware that the pics on this site are enlarged. SilverTribe could make a valid point that this is done to show detail, and they do provide size specs for each piece, so if you want a realistic idea of the size of a piece, you may want to bust out a ruler. My pendant was narrower than I had anticipated, however, I do like it, and the quality seems good. I love the huge variety of items available, and the prices are fair. Shipping is fast, too. I have a wish list a mile long. Will definitely be buying more pieces. ”
