DESCRIPTION:

This is a wonderful piece of Navajo artistry! This piece of Native American Jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Garrett. Hale, out of genuine sterling silver and real Turquoise stones. A total of SIX stones are gently set in hand cut bezel settings, while hand crafted silver work creates a breathtaking Kachina Figure design. Twsited silver and stamped patterns can be seen highlighting for an incredible look. The Tips of the bolo tie are accented with imprinted designs, and are attached to three silver petals which are called squash blossoms for a traditional finish! This piece is absolutely fantastic and is among one the finest accessories we have ever had! The bolo piece is stamped sterling and is hallmarked by the artist.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.
