This necklace is a true treasure! This necklace is hand strung bead by bead out of real Coral and Sterling Silver, along with an Amber centerpiece. The necklace is made up of TWO strands that consist of: 3-mm/8-mm silver round beads, 8-mm Coral round beads, and a 50-mm Amber centerpiece. The two strands in this necklace elegantly graduate, while being held together by the 2" Amber centerpiece so that the necklace will lay perfectly around your neck. Inside the Amber bead is an encapsulated Bumblebee. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone for an elegant finish. The cones are stamped sterling.
Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin; it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.
Amber is known to be very protective, it also calm nervousness, relieves depression, spiritualizes the mind, and draws diseases and negativity out of the body. Even though amber is sometimes called a stone, it is not, it is actually fossil resin.
Sterling Silver is a metal, which consists of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. Although any metal can make up the 7.5% of non-silver component, years of study have shown that copper is most compatible, while aiding the solidity and durability of the metal without harming its beautiful color. The small amount of 7.5% copper added to all silver has almost no effect on the metals overall value.
