DESCRIPTION:

There is nothing at all average about this beautiful ring! This piece of jewelry is hand crafted out of genuine sterling and man made Opal inlay. The inlay is delicately set, while cut through patterns can be seen completing the ring perfectly. The ring is stamped sterling and hallmarked.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
