DESCRIPTION:

This lovely bracelet will definitely attract plenty of attention! This piece of Southwest style jewelry is hand strung out of genuine sterling silver, along with Pink Opal beads. The bracelet consists of: 2-mm silver round beads, 8-mm Pink Opal rondelle beads, and a lovely 20-mm Pink Opal flower shaped bead centerpiece. The bracelet is highlighted with a silver lobster clasp for a charming finish. The clasp is stamped .925 (sterling).

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
