Kachina is approximately 10" tall including a 3/4" base  and is 6" wide at widest points.

 

The clown is known as the conscience of the people. They provide entertainment during breaks in the Kachina Dances or the seriousness of a major ceremony. The clown Kachina provides lessons in behavior during their performance.

 

This Kachina doll was hand crafted by Navajo artist Jacida L.
