The center piece of the necklace is made up of a dazzling 26-mm inlay bead and SIX dangles that are hand strung and match the necklace perfectly. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone and bead for a gorgeous look. Cones are stamped sterling.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is birthstone of October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.

    New rings for the collection
Posted by Howard H. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on
We hadn't ordered anything from Silver Tribe for a year or so because we have many pieces of Southwestern/Turquoise jewelry already. This time we had specific ideas and the rings we ordered are perfect!! In fact I wanted to say that they are more beautiful in person than a picture on the website. Thank you Silver Tribe for continuing to be a one stop resource for this beautiful jewelry. The quality of these rings is top notch. We'll be back!!!!

    Excellent customer service

I made 2 orders and received order 1. I realized the 2nd order was the incorrect size. Called and had the best service, canceled the ring, refund on my credit card, and still received the money clip in time for his birthday. Extra time to shop for my next ring purchase. Very pleased!
