DESCRIPTION:

This necklace is a true treasure! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted, by artist Lorenzo Arviso Jr., out of genuine sterling silver, along with real Turquoise and Coral beads. The necklace has a total of TEN beads (TWO in each link) that are placed in the silver web designs, while a silver feather dangles from the center piece for a beautiful finish. It is believed that each carefully woven web will catch your bad dreams in the night. The bad spirit dreams will get caught in the web and disappear with the morning sun. However, the good spirit dreams will find their way to the center spirit hole and will float down the sacred feather. Feathers are symbols of prayers, marks of honor or sources of ideas. They represent the Creative Force.

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin; it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of its appeal and beauty.

This is the most incredibly beautiful watch. It needs a new battery for me to wear it but that will happen sooner rather than later!

    Love my ring
Posted by Debbie W. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on
Very nice quality especially for the price. I love everything is sterling silver and the stones are and workmanship are great quality. I have purchased jewelry for myself and my daughter and I'm always pleased. I like that they show comparisons to a coin so you can see exactly what size you are getting. My go to place for this type of jewelry.
