The inner bracelet circumference measures approximately 5-3/4", plus a 1" opening, and is 5/8" at widest point.

This magnificent and traditional cuff bracelet represents the finest of Navajo craftsmanship! This piece is Navajo hand crafted by artist Julia Slinkey, out of genuine sterling silver and real Turquoise. The bracelet consist of SEVEN Turquoise stones delicately set in hand cut bezel settings. Along with that, there are stamped beads, and stamped silver designs that complete the bracelet for a lovely finish. The bracelet is stamped sterling and hallmarked.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of its appeal and beauty.
