Sterling Silver, Turquoise, Picture Rock, Black Jade, Red Oyster Shell, and Opal.
Ring is size 12-1/2, it measures approximately 1/2" long and 1" wide.
Enjoy the amazing craftsmanship exhibited by this ring! The ring is a marvelous piece of jewelry that is hand crafted out of genuine sterling silver and Multicolor inlay. The inlay consists of: real Turquoise, Picture Rock, Black Jade, Red Oyster Shell, and man made Opal. This piece features incredible, detailed inlay work that forms impressive Native American Village designs. In this extraordinary scene, a village can be seen beneath a lovely moonlit sky! The inlay is carefully set, while imprinted designs are then shown highlighting and completing the ring wonderfully. The ring is stamped sterling and hallmarked.
Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.
Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.

Posted by Linda J. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on “ I was so impressed with the pieces from my first SilverTribe order, I ordered a ring and 2 pair of earrings. Beautiful and very well made! Everything is as it appeared in the pictures though the ring is longer than I expected. The size is perfect though and it looks amazing on.
I now have 3 pair of earrings from SilverTribe. Again, they are stunning, great quality and reasonably priced. The only negative is with the earwires. They're silver but do not compliment the dangles. I make simple beaded silver jewelry by weaving and wrapping. I dont know how to silversmith, yet (some day). I make my own wires from 20 gauge silver wire. It doesn't take that much longer but adds so much. ”
