DESCRIPTION:
You will absolutely fall in love with this stunning squash blossom! This jewelry set is hand crafted out of genuine sterling silver and Multicolor Inlay. The inlay consists of: real Tiger Eye, Picture Rock, Jet, and man made Blue Opal. The necklace is composed of one Naja (the crescent-shaped large center piece) and double strands of 7-mm silver round beads placed at regular intervals among the round side of the center. The Naja is set with ONE extraordinary inlaid Arrowhead, while each side of the necklace has FIVE stunning Arrowhead links for a gorgeous look. The inlay is gently set in ELEVEN links, while thin silver lines and hand crafted work creates stunning Arrowhead and Water Wave designs. In some beliefs, the water waves design represents continuous life. Arrows usually signify direction of travel, force, and movement. Entire traditional necklace is flexible "not stiff". The earrings each have arrowhead and water wave designs that perfectly match the links on the necklace for a wonderful finish. This entire set has a total of THIRTEEN inlay settings. The set is stamped sterling and halmarked.
Tiger Eye stone contains a golden yellow reflection on a brown ground color. The most important source of tiger eye is South Africa, but it is also found in Australia, India, and California. It is believed to give courage, clear thinking, and protects from negativity.
Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
