“ I asked and paid for 2-day Priority Mail and SilverTribe shipped it 3- day Priority Mail! Did not get in time for my wife's Birthday because of a screw up at the post office, that how I found out about the postage I have e-mailed SilverTribe about this now I'll see what they do about it!!! ”

“ Hello, I just want to say that overall, my numerous experiences with Silvertribe have been good. I want add that Stephanie is outstanding! When I have a question, the replies always seem to be from her and they are very timely. She is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The only comment I have is that when I order from you, I have noticed that if they are shipped via the post office, I get them in 2-3 days and if by UPS, 5-7 days. I am a bit puzzled why anyone uses UPS. In general, I am very pleased with Silvertribe and especially with Stephanie. Thank you for the opportunity to have my voice heard. Kate ”

Do not ship USPS!!!

“ I love the jewelry although I am not the one to wear it. But unless you can ship the items other than the USPS, i will not buy any more of your products in the future. The envelope was too small, got mislaid by he carrier. I had to make 3 trips to the post office, which required me to drive 76 miles before I was finally able to retrieve the item. The Saturday delivery wound up to be on Wednesday. ”
