The necklace features FOUR inlay beads that are handmade out of genuine sterling silver and Multicolor inlay. The inlay consists of: real Turquoise, Magenta Turquoise, Oyster Shell, along with White and Yellow Mother of Pearl. The center piece of the necklace is made up of 12-mm and 21-mm inlay beads and TWO dangles that are hand strung out of real 5-mm Silver round beads, 8-mm Charoite, Picture Rock, and Coral rondelle beads, along with Turquoise free formed beads that have an average measurement of 7-mm. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone and bead for a gorgeous look. Cones are stamped sterling.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin, it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.

We had to return a couple of rings from our order because we got the wrong size (our fault). The support staff was very helpful in identifying alternatives and the exchange process was simple, fast, and friendly. My wife LOVES the jewelry - high quality and beautiful.

I order the item early for my anniversary. It shipped much faster than I expected and was at my house in 2 days. The pottery was well packed and arrive in perfect condition. The hardest part was hiding the gift for 2 weeks!

    Lapis Post Earrings
Posted by Earle G. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on
I am a huge fan of pretty much anything southwestern and am always looking for earrings that are different. In the past I have always worn only studs but when I saw these I thought why not give them a try thinking maybe they were not too long. When I tried them on I was amazed I like the post style and the length was perfect. Will be looking for some more - these got 5*****
