The pendant is reversible, it can be worn on either side, one side being Turquoise inlay and the other side being sterling silver (it's like having two pendants in one). The inlay is delicately set in a lovely Gecko design, while thin silver lines can be seen highlighting for an elegant look. The back of the pendant is highlighted with imprinted water wave and ectched designs for a stylish finish. In some beliefs, water waves design represent continuous life.
