DESCRIPTION:

We bring to you this adorable ring! The ring is made out of genuine sterling silver, along with man made Tanzanite and Cubic Zirconia stones. The ring has a total of TWENTY NINE stones, ONE Tanzinite stone which can be seen at the center in a lovely prong setting, while being surrounded with TWENTY EIGHT smaller Cubic Zirconia stones for a beautiful finish. The ring is stamped .925 (sterling silver).

Poor Customer Service Attitude

“ My package was missing an item and it took multiple calls to resolve the issue. I didn't appreciate the accusations that it was stolen out of the package. It took me finding out that the weight on the package equaled exactly what was put in the package and proving that to the customer service rep before she would mail out the product. Better controls need to be in place when shipping product and better service needs to occur when resolving issues. The burden of proof shouldn't be on the customers. ”
