Looking at such beauty tells the capabilities of Southwestern art! The pendant is hand crafted out of genuine sterling silver and multicolor inlay. The inlay consists of: real Turquoise, Mojave Turquoise, Red, Purple and Orange Oyster Shell, along with man made Opal. The inlay is carefully set, while mini silver beads and imprinted designs can be seen creating a lovely turtle design. A beautiful imprinted bail can be seen for a stunning look. The pendant is stamped sterling and hallmarked. The necklace is hand strung out of genuine sterling silver and real multicolor beads. The necklace consists of: 7-mm Kingman Turquoise barrel beads, 8-mm Turquoise beads, 8-mm Purple Oyster Shell rondelle beads, 10-mm Red Oyster Shell wheel beads, along with 6-mm and 2-mm Silver round beads. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone for a gorgeous look. The cones are stamped sterling. The earrings match the pendant perfectly and create a wonderful finish to this set. In some beliefs, the turtle represents strength, female power and fertility. The turtle is also considered to be able to defy death. The earrings are stamped sterling.
Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

Review of Rings purchased
Posted by Sharon P. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on “ I purchased two rings with the last order I placed with Silver Tribe. I was very happy with the black onyx ring I received. The only complaints I have is that the pictures of each piece for sale enhance the actual size even though the size is listed. I also encourage anyone to be focused on the size of the ring available. ”
Turquoise and man made opal
Posted by Cathleen B. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on “ I love this ring. It fit perfect and is beautiful color with the opal. The opal gives it a little glitz.. The price was reasonable. Even a jeweler thought it was great. I am planning on getting a gift certificate for my grand daughter. ”
