DESCRIPTION:

This is a very exquisite ring that must not be overlooked! This gorgeous piece of jewelry is crafted out of genuine sterling silver and man made Malachite inlay. The inlay is carefully set, while a row of inlay can be seen surrounding the center of the band for a delightful finish. The ring is stamped sterling and hallmarked.

Malachite is famous for its radial banding and deep green color. Popular today for use in Southwestern style jewelry, malachite was also popular in the past with the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans. It was worn as a good luck charm to keep away danger and illness. It is believed to balance and stabilize ones emotions.

“ I make my own jewelry but found that the liquid silver (sterling) beads were not only more expensive than buying at SilverTribe but now I don't have to deal with stringing thousands of microscopic beads! And the beads are microscopic - 1mm x 2mm. For liquid silver, that matters. The smaller the bead, the more "liquid" it looks. Many other places take the easy way out and use larger beads - at the expense of quality. I LOVE my necklace - terrific quality, fast service, excellent customer relations. No problems what-so-ever. ”
