Shipping and Returns

At SilverTribe, we carefully hand pack every order to ensure every item is shipped and received in its original condition. We ship orders Monday through Friday and they are shipped within two business days of receiving payment.

We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS. The shipping cost includes shipping, handling and insurance. Please contact us if your purchase is not received within the time periods listed below.

Shipping claims:

If an item is lost by the mail carrier, customers will receive a refund as soon as we receive a refund from the mail carrier.

SilverTribe must be notified before any item is returned to obtain the necessary information.

Why are some shipping choices not guaranteed?

In certain instances the shipping carrier cannot guarantee shipments will be delivered within the specified time frames, we can't either. In most cases your order will arrive within the time frames provided. However, we wouldn't feel right telling you that we guarantee your order will arrive within that amount of time if there is even the smallest chance it won't.

Orders placed between November 1st and December 5th are accepted for exchange up to January 5th to give you more time ***

*Returns qualify for a full refund minus the original and return shipping charges. Returns will not be accepted if an item has been damaged, modified or altered in anyway. Items must be in original condition without any sizing or other changes.
**Buyer pays shipping both ways for exchange shipments.
***Our 30 day non-holiday exchange policy will be applied to orders placed after December 5th.

We are confident you’ll love any item purchased through SilverTribe. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to send it back for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Return purchases will be refunded, minus original shipping charges. Please call Customer Service prior returning or exchanging your item(s) as some preliminary information will be needed to begin the process. Return shipping is not included with our orders.

Returns will not be accepted if an item has been damaged, modified or altered in any way. Items must be in original condition without any sizing or other changes.

Once the returned item or items have been received, it can take up to 72 hours to be processed by our Returns Department.

Holiday Return Policy

During the holidays, our return policy is extended to accommodate gift-giving and potential exchanges. Any item(s) needing to be exchanged can be done so until January 5th if purchased between November 1st and December 5th.
