DESCRIPTION:

These earrings are a lovely work of art! This pair of earrings is a beautiful piece of jewelry that is hand crafted out of genuine sterling silver along with real Red Oyster Shell and man made Opal inlay. The inlay is delicately placed, while thin silver lines can be seen accenting in between for a fabulous finish. The earrings are stamped sterling.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is October's birthstone. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens one's psychic and mystical qualities.

She has tons of silver, coral, and turquoise pieces and even some onyx but nothing like this, she has tons of silver coral and turquoise pieces and even some onyx but nothing like the lapis lazuli.
