DESCRIPTION:

What a beautiful necklace! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand strung out of genuine sterling silver, real Turquoise beads, real Coral beads, along with real Turquoise and man made Opal inlay. The necklace is made up of FOUR strands that consist of: 5-mm Coral rondelle beads, 5-mm silver round beads, along with Turquoise free from beads that have an average measurement of 6-mm. The FOUR strands in this necklace are held together by two hand made 17-mm Turquoise and Opal inlaid divider beads so that the necklace will lay perfectly around your neck. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone for a stunning look. The cones are stamped sterling.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin, it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.

    Christmas shopping
Posted by Richard D. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on
I wanted to get my wife some silver native american jewelry for Christmas. So I went to SilverTribe & started shopping online. A large & varied selection of pieces to choose from. I picked out several different ones. She will be pleased with her jewelry when she opens it up on Christmas. She's always enjoyed the jewelry from SilverTribe.
