Looking at such beauty tells the capabilities of Native American art! In this Native American jewelry set, the pendant is Navajo hand crafted by artist B. Benally, out of genuine sterling silver and Ribbon Rock Turquoise stones. A total of ELEVEN stones are gently set in a hand cut bezel setting, while being accented by twisted silver and mini silver beads for an amazing look. The pendant is stamped sterling and hallmarked. The necklace is hand strung out of genuine sterling silver, along with real Turquoise and Rhodochrosite beads. The necklace consists of: 2-mm silver round beads, 5-mm Turquoise rondelle beads, and 6-mm Rhodochrosite rondelle beads. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone and bead for an exquisite finish. The cones are stamped sterling.
Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of its appeal and beauty.
Rhodochrosite is known to strengthen self-identity. It helps heal deep emotional trauma and balances with a loving vibration.
