Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

    Christmas shopping
Posted by Richard D. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on
I wanted to get my wife some silver native american jewelry for Christmas. So I went to SilverTribe & started shopping online. A large & varied selection of pieces to choose from. I picked out several different ones. She will be pleased with her jewelry when she opens it up on Christmas. She's always enjoyed the jewelry from SilverTribe.

    Turquoise Ring
Posted by Lydia J. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on
I ordered a silver and turquoise ring. Delivery happened in 4 days, which was a nice surprise. The ring is lovelier in reality than the photo. The stone is sky blue and nicely sized. I can't wait to wear it! I will be ordering from Silver Tribe again.
