The necklace consists of: 2-mm Silver round beads, 6-mm Ryolite rondelle beads, 5-mm Australian Queens Agate round beads, and 6-mm Carnelian round beads. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone and bead for a gorgeous finish. The cones are stamped sterling.
Carnelian is the birthstone of August. It increases energy, and adds endurance along with encouragement. It is also believed to still the blood and calm the temper. Carnelian is a flesh-red to brown-red, translucent to opaque type of chalcedony. Its red comes from iron within the stone.
Agate is known to be a powerful healer as well as increasing strength and fortitude.
