DESCRIPTION

This is a very exquisite necklace set that must not be overlooked! In this Native American jewelry set, the pendant is Navajo hand crafted by artist B. Benally, out of genuine sterling silver and real #8 Turquoise stones. #8 Turquoise is of the highest quality or grade of Turquoise stones in the world, this Turquoise is very rare and looks amazing. The matrix seen in the stone adds character and uniqueness. A total of TEN stones are gently set in hand cut bezel settings, while being accented by twisted silver and mini silver beads for a magnificent look. The pendant is stamped sterling and is hallmarked. The necklace is hand strung out of genuine sterling silver and real Turquoise beads. The necklace consists of: 2-mm silver round beads, along with Turquoise beads that have an average measurement of 7-mm. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone and bead for a lovely finish. The cones are stamped sterling.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of its appeal and beauty.

    Pretty Easy
Posted by William C. | Reviewing SilverTribe.com | Posted on
Shopped at my own speed with no one bugging me. Made my selection, got a discount and free shipping and products were delivered with no problems. Ear rings and necklace were a bit smaller than I expected but I blame me as I should have paid more attention to the ruler on the web site. Over all pleased, no fuss.
