DESCRIPTION:

You will absolutely fall in love with this stunning bolo tie! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted out of genuine sterling silver and real #8 Turquoise stones. #8 Turquoise is of the highest quality or grade of Turquoise stones in the world, this Turquoise is very rare and looks amazing. The matrix seen in the stone adds character and uniqueness. The Bolo piece has a total of FOURTEEN stones that are gently set in hand cut bezel settings while being accented by twisted silver and mini silver beads. The tips of the bolo tie are accented with lovely imprinted designs. The bolo tie is hallmarked.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

For my first purchase at SilverTribe I I splurged on a gorgeous pendant and earring set in magenta turquoise - I didn't even know there was such a thing! The richness of the purple set in the simply crafted silver makes an understated but eye-catching statement for any outfit. I look forward to my next discovery!
